Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation & Control: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for all engineering activities.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate daily engineering work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and service requests.
- Documentation Management:
Coordinate document controllers on design deliverables and manage technical submissions. - Support & Liaison: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Operational Support: Support technical teams, aid in inspections, and ensure safety standards (e.g., in hotels or manufacturing).
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor schedules, ensuring timely submission of design
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering/Contracting/Real estate).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with technical software, documentation systems, and, in some cases, CAD/Drafting.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in IT tools and report preparation.
- Organization: Excellent scheduling and project coordination skills.
