Requirements:

Previous experience in a real estate administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Sound knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and industry terminology.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize legal real estate transactions, records, and documentation (Arabic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist the Legal counsel in his/ her daily tasks
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare, maintain, and update administrative documents, reports, and records.
Provide administrative, operational, and strategic support across various business functions.
Draft professional emails, correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
Ensure efficient office operations by maintaining organized filing systems and supporting daily administrative activities.
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Immediate Joiner preferred.

Must be proficient in reading and writing in Arabic.
